• KITCHEN It has a fully equipped kitchen with dual sinks and all you would expect incl. microwave, coffee machine, kettle & a toaster, to knives and forks.
• BEDROOMS There are 2 bedrooms of similar size (one with a large double & the other with two singles), both with floor to ceiling wardrobes and air-conditioning.
• BATHROOM There is 1 bathroom with a closed glass curved shower.
• GARDEN The outside terrace has 6-seater patio furniture and a large swimming pool with walk-in steps & shower.
• BBQ/BAR It has a very large bar with kitchen, chimney barbeque and seating, all covered – the washing machine is also there.
• ORCHARDS The tenant has access to 50+ trees with passion fruit, grapefruit, pomegranate, figs, Kaki, custard apples, grapes, oranges, citrus fruits, nuts & more. Management and maintenance costs of the grounds are all covered the owner. Even the watering is done from a well-house system (so no maintenance or watering fees for the tenant).
