Filling this in:

Energy Class is the letter grade (A+ to G)
It's on your Certificado Energético document
Issued by a qualified technician (técnico)
Certificates are valid for 10 years
If you don't have it yet, leave "Pending Certificate"
If you DO have a certificate, select your class
You can edit the listing once it's issued

The number fields (optional):

Energy Performance is the consumption value
Shown in kWh/m²a on your certificate
EPC Current Rating is today's score
EPC Potential Rating is the achievable score
